Northvale Public Library Board of Trustees


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received by the Northvale Public Library, on Tuesday July 20, 2021 at 4:00 PM prevailing time at the Library Director's office, 116 Paris Ave, Northvale, NJ 07647 at which time and place bids will be opened and read in public for:

Northvale Public Library New ADA Restroom and Main Entrance

All proposals must be delivered or mailed. Electronic bids via fax or email will not be accepted. Two copies of the Bid must be enclosed in a sealed envelope/package bearing the name of the Bidder and clearly marked as follows on the outside of the envelope:

A non-mandatory Pre-Bid walkthrough will be conducted on Tuesday June 29, 2021 at 11:00 AM

Bidder's written questions are due by Tuesday July 6, 2021 by 4:00 PM. Questions shall be in writing and may be directed to the Architect. No oral questions or answers shall be authorized or relied upon by bidders.

All responses to questions will be issued via formal addendum.

Electronic copies of the bid documents may be obtained by email from the Library: Printed copies of the bid documents may be obtained from the Library Director's office, 116 Paris Ave, Northvale, NJ 07647, (tel: 201-768-4784) during regular business hours Monday through Friday, for a payment of $50.

Bids shall be irrevocable, not subject to withdrawal and shall stand available for a period of sixty (60) days after actual date of the bid opening. The Owner reserved the right to reject and and all bids, to waive informalities or irregularities in the bids received, and to accept the bid from the lowest, responsive, and responsible bidder.

Bidders are required to comply, where applicable with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et. seq., N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq., and all other applicable laws.
